Free Flood Recovery Psychology Support

Service Overview

Have you been impacted by the 2022 Brisbane floods?

Change Futures, in partnership with the Brisbane South PHN, is delivering free psychology and counselling support to residents of Brisbane South who have been impacted by the floods.

If you’ve experienced trauma, stress, sadness, grief and loss following the floods, there is free support available. This service is open to clients of all ages, including children.

Free interpretation services are also available through TIS National to members of the community who require this.


Face to face appointments are available at our office in Springwood, as well as other locations across the community. We also have telehealth appointments available for those that prefer.

Service Fees

This service is supported by funding from the Australian Government through Brisbane South PHN, so there is no cost or out of pocket fee for engaging in this service.


To be eligible for this program you must currently reside in one of the suburbs within the Brisbane South PHN network. Alternatively, if you lived in one of these suburbs at the time of flooding you are also eligible.
