Sigrid O’Callaghan, Clinical Psychologist
With over 25 years of experience in the public and private mental health settings, Sigrid has training in CBT, ACT, IPT, sandplay for children and adolescents, as well as extensive training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adults. Sigrid sees adults and young people from the age of five who present with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. She has a special interest in assisting people overcoming the effect of early attachment difficulties on current emotional well-being and relationship pattern. Sigrid is an experienced clinical supervisor and worked in this capacity with interns of the QUT Master Course in Clinical Psychology since 2006; she is available for supervision of new graduates as well as experienced clinicians.
Yazmin Rann, Psychologist
Sometimes we all need someone to shine a light and help us navigate a challenging chapter in life. As a registered psychologist this is what I am passionate about doing. I seek to help empower people to achieve greater insight and develop personal skills for successful coping. I see a variety of clients from age five to 95, dealing with a range of emotional difficulties. I employ a client-centred and eclectic approach, drawing on many forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative and Reminiscence Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. I have a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and families. As I am based at our Palm Beach office, I utilise telehealth for clients in other locations. When not working I enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast and time spent with family and friends.
Frankie Tarver, Psychologist
I have experience providing therapy to adults and young people with a diverse range of situations and mental health concerns. I use an integrative therapeutic approach which is trauma-informed, compassion-focussed, and tailored to individual needs and goals using evidence-based practice. I use cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, yoga nidra, and other yogic techniques supported by psychological research. I have special interests in neurodiversity including ADHD and ASD, sleep disorders, and issues faced by LGBTIQ+ people.
Sandra Fuchs, Psychologist

I am dedicated to providing you with the support and tools to empower you to become your own practitioner so that you can better cope with life’s challenges and live a more meaningful life. I am passionate about working with you to improve your self-awareness, take control and facilitate positive change. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and older adults for a range of difficulties including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, chronic pain, emotional regulation, communication, relationship difficulties, unhelpful behaviours, and loss. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy.
Sharron Whittaker, Psychologist
I enjoy working with couples as well as with adolescents and adults across a variety of cultures and ethnic groups. I use an integrative treatment approach using evidence-based therapies including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I have an interest and experience in the following areas: depression, anxiety disorders, loss and bereavement, trauma, relationships and family difficulties. I use Couples Therapy (Gottman Therapy – Level 2), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focussed Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy. When I’m not working, I enjoy the Australian outdoors and all it has to offer.

Tyrell Champion, Psychologist
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, interpersonal and communication difficulties, and stress. I also have an interest and passion for working with clients on alcohol and substance use (including tobacco cessation), identity and self-development, personal growth, and organisational processes. I use a client-focused approach and an eclectic range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Away from work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and keeping active.

Tina Chatterjee, Psychologist
I use a warm client-centred approach and work collaboratively with my clients using a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Supportive Counselling, Interpersonal Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. I have experience and interest in working with adolescents and older adults for a wide variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, family difficulties and stress.

Inge-Marie Piekkala, Brisbane North Older Persons Program Coordinator
Inge works as the Older Persons Program Coordinator for the Brisbane North region that Change Futures services. This involves overseeing and supporting our practitioners working in residential aged care across Brisbane North. Inge is responsible for liaising with new and existing residential aged care facilities to encourage involvement in our Psychology in Aged Care Program. Inge also helps to deliver psychoeducation training modules to staff working in residential aged care facilities.
Carli Erwee, Brisbane South Older Persons Program Coordinator
Carli works as the Older Persons Program Coordinator of our practitioners working across the Brisbane South service region. Through this, Carli works with staff of residential aged care facilities to promote involvement in our older adult programs. Carli also ensures our practitioners in these programs are well supported.
Karyn Longbottom, Gold Coast Older Persons Program Coordinator
As the Older Persons Program Coordinator of our practitioners working across the Brisbane South service region, Karyn liaises with the staff of residential aged care facilities to promote involvement in our older persons programs. Karyn also oversees the delivery of the support that our provisional psychologists provide to clients through this program.
Yazmin Rann, Northcoast NSW Older Persons Program Coordinator
As well as being one of our registered psychologists Yazmin also works as the program coordinator for our interns providing older persons services in the Northcoast region of NSW. Through this she assists in the development and oversight of these practitioners and works to encourage our involvement in new residential aged care facilities as part of our Psychology in Aged Care program.

Helen Stevens, Special Projects Consultant
Helen is a registered psychologist and supervisor who supports the organisation through her role as the special projects consultant. Helen provides oversight on the direction of the organisation, including the uptake of new delivery programs, recruitment of supervisors and practitioners, and contributes her knowledge in organisational development.
Clio Thiris, Quality Consultant
As our Quality Consultant, Clio is responsible for managing the development, maintenance and implementation of our Quality Management System and its integration into Change Futures’ service delivery. Clio also supports the organisation through certification processes and through the continuous improvement of Change Futures’ service delivery standards and processes.
Frankie Tarver, Clinical Governance Manager
As our Clinical Governance Manager, Frankie provides support and oversight in program delivery and development, reporting, research, and staff training. She works closely with our Executive Director, clinical and policy consultants, program coordinators and the program administration team to support quality of service delivery, program development, and effective research and reporting.

As our Service Operations Manager, Grace is responsible for providing oversight and support to our program coordinator team and to ensure all of our programs are being delivered efficiently and effectively.

Thomas provides oversight of our data capturing and reporting for our work with several key partners as part of our service delivery. Thomas also assists our practitioners to manage their reporting requirements and helps to monitor the outcomes of our programs across a range of service areas.

Kasun works as our ICT Officer and provides support to the organisation around technology support, systems management, assisting our staff with ICT needs, and improving the efficiency of our internal ICT processes.

Amanda Kirwin, Training Officer (External)
Amanda works as our Training Officer (External) and assists in the development and delivery of our psychoeducation modules across our various service regions. Specifically, she assists in delivering psychoeducation to staff at facilities engaged in our Psychology in Aged Care program to ensure staff have the knowledge to better support their residents.
Jazmin Parry, Media Content Creator
As our media content creator, Jazmin oversees the presence and engagement of Change Futures across multiple social media platforms. Jazmin helps to develop content for our social media and also responds to any enquiries made through these platforms.
Anna Dabas, Quality Reviewer
Anna is a registered psychologist who helps support our provisional psychologist interns by providing guidance and support around the quality of outgoing letters and reports to general practitioners and other external stakeholders.
Since Change Futures started offering an internship program for full registration of psychology graduates in 2015, we have provided opportunities for more than 100 graduates to start their career in psychology.
We currently have 60+ graduates enrolled in our Internship Program and we are constantly recruiting. Our interns work with our clients across the life span and the Change Futures Internship Program meets all requirements for full registration.
Our Change Futures staff include Program Coordinators, Program Administrators, Organisational consultants, plus roles in Human Resources, Information and Communication Technology, Training, Social Media, Special Projects, Reporting and Research.
Most staff have been recruited from the pool of interns and it is a deliberate strategy of the organisation to recruit internally first.
