We offer psychological counselling for a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, adjustment and trauma based disorders as well as for issues such as relationship challenges; grief and loss; parenting; personality difficulties. These services are for all ages from pre school to older people.
Our staff use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), expressive therapies, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Ego State Therapy, EMDR, and Rogerian therapy.
We are also able to deliver a range of group programs, from personal support groups; weight management; domestic and family violence; bereaved by suicide groups; parenting groups; relationship development; recovery from childhood sexual abuse groups; meditation groups.
