Our psychologists work with people across all stages of life, supporting a wide range of concerns — from anxiety, depression, and trauma, to relationship challenges, life transitions, and women’s mental health. We also provide dedicated support for older adults, as well as children and adolescents, working closely with families and schools where needed.

Applying evidence-based approaches each therapeutic plan is tailored to your individual needs, goals and preferences. Our work is informed by a variety of practices including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness based approaches, positive psychology and narrative and psychodynamic therapies.
Our services are available both in-person and via secure telehealth, with after-hours appointments offered for your convenience. We also have multilingual practitioners who provide therapy in Norwegian, Serbian, Croation and Bosnian, ensuring accessible care for diverse communities.
We support individuals across all stages of life, offering care like anxiety therapy, therapy for depression, stress, burnout and relationship difficulties. Our team also provides evidence-based support for trauma mental health concerns, including PTSD counselling, tailored to each person’s needs.
We have a strong focus on women’s mental health, including reproductive wellbeing, perinatal support and menopause, alongside psychology for men. We also offer specialised support for adults over 65, including grief, loss and life transitions.
Our practitioners include a psychologist for kids, supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges and social difficulties, with support for families and schools where appropriate.
We offer comprehensive psychological assessments for a range of concerns, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), cognitive functioning, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. Our assessments are tailored to the individual and may include clinical interviews, standardised testing, and observation. We also provide clear, detailed psychological reports and letters of support where appropriate, to assist with school planning, treatment recommendations, and other relevant services.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme):
We provide psychological services under the NDIS to support capacity building, emotional regulation, daily functioning, and goal achievement for participants with psychosocial and cognitive disabilities.
Employee Psychological Assistance (EPA)
We work in line with your employer’s assistance program guidelines to provide confidential and tailored psychological support. Our goal is to help you navigate work-related stress, emotional challenges, or personal concerns while promoting wellbeing and resilience in the workplace.
Our practice offers flexible service delivery to suit individual needs. Services are available face-to-face (in person) at our clinic or via telehealth for remote access.
Change Futures provides culturally responsive supervision for practitioners working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and in cross-cultural contexts.
