Renee Schaller

Renee is committed to establishing a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic space for clients from all backgrounds. She uses a person-centred, integrative approach that is tailored to individual presentations, goals, and needs. Renee has training and experience using a variety of focussed psychological strategies including; CBT, ACT, MBSR, Metacognitive Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Skills Training (problem-solving, interpersonal, mindfulness, emotional, goal setting and attainment).
Particular areas of interest include neuroscience, health psychology, and trauma.
